Cancellation Policy

West Northamptonshire Pickleball CIC - Booking Policy By booking a session, you agree to these terms. 1. Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked and paid for via our Wix website or Wix Spaces app. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon full payment. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel bookings. 2. Rescheduling Policy (No Cancellations): Strict no-cancellation policy. Bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session via the Wix website/app. Rescheduling is permitted only up to 6 hours before your session start time. Changes cannot be made within 6 hours. If unable to reschedule within this window, your booking is forfeited. 3. Session Changes by Us: We may cancel/reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, adverse weather, low numbers for specific sessions). In such cases, a full credit for a future session or a refund will be offered. We will notify you promptly. 4. Competitive Session Deadline: For competitive sessions, the booking deadline is 4 hours and 30 minutes (4.5 hours) prior to the session start time, to allow game setup. 5. Court Etiquette & Safety: Adhere to our club's court etiquette and safety guidelines (available on-site/website). Appropriate sports attire/footwear required. Participants are responsible for their own safety/belongings. We are not liable for injuries/losses, except in cases of our negligence. 6. Memberships & Discounts: Membership bookings are subject to your specific membership terms. Members receive 15% off regular session prices by applying their unique discount code at checkout. Memberships are non-transferable. 7. Group Bookings/Private Rallies: Require a minimum of 12 people. Contact hello@westnorthantspickleball.com for inquiries and custom quotes. Specific terms may apply. 8. DUPR Ratings: We encourage all players to obtain a free DUPR account at DUPR.com for better session organisation. 9.
