Service Description
Welcome to our classic Social Play! This is our flagship 2-hour session designed for players who know the basics, understand the scoring, and just want to get on the court and play. Whether you are looking to practice your third-shot drop, have some competitive rallies, or just enjoy a great workout with the community, this session gives you plenty of court time to do it all. What to expect: Classic Format: Traditional games played to 11 points (win by 2). Fair Play: We use a simple paddle queue system to mix up the games, ensuring everyone gets equal court time and the chance to play with a variety of different partners. The Vibe: Welcoming, social, and active. Who is it for? This session is for players who already know the rules and how to score. (If you have never picked up a paddle before, we would love to welcome you—please book one of our dedicated Beginner Sessions first!) Bring your paddle, grab a drink, and jump on the court.

Cancellation Policy
West Northants Pickleball: Booking & Cancellation Policy This policy applies to all bookings, including Social Sessions, Coaching, Express Social, PickleFit, and PickleBound, across all our venues (The Court Yard and Parker). 1. The 24-Hour Notice Rule We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the start time of your session. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled to a future session or fully refunded. You can manage, cancel, or reschedule your bookings directly through your member account on the website. 2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Because court space is strictly limited and coaches are booked in advance, any cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. If you do not attend a booked session (a "no-show"), the full session fee remains chargeable. 3. Arriving on Time Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your session begins so we can maximize court time. For structured or coach-led sessions, late arrivals may be asked to wait for a suitable break in play to join the court safely. 4. Cancellations by the Club In the rare event that we need to cancel a session (e.g., extreme weather, facility issues, or coach illness), you will be notified immediately via email/text, and you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date. 5. Membership & Discount Codes If you are using a Member Discount code, you must have an active, valid Annual Membership. Any bookings made using a discount code without a valid membership will be automatically cancelled and refunded, minus any administrative platform fees.
