Who Are We?
West Northamptonshire Pickleball CIC is a community-focused organisation dedicated to creating engaging opportunities that promote learning, confidence, wellbeing and physical activity.
Our programmes are led by Kate Vincent, an experienced educator, entrepreneur and community leader with over 15 years of experience working with children and young people.
Kate is:
Founder and Lead Director of West Northamptonshire Pickleball CIC
Regional Director for East Midlands, Pickleball England
Pickleball Coach at David Lloyd Rugby
Qualified Pickleball Instructor and active tournament player
Former Head of Department and Business Teacher
Currently completing postgraduate studies in Health Psychology, Sport & Exercise Psychology, Nutrition and Business Psychology
Qualified in Food Hygiene and Safety
Trained in chocolate production and confectionery techniques through industry-recognised professional development programmes

Through a unique combination of education, sport, enterprise and wellbeing, our sessions provide students with memorable experiences that develop confidence, creativity, teamwork and real-world skills. Whether students are creating chocolate products, developing business ideas or stepping onto a pickleball court for the first time, every session is designed to be inclusive, engaging and fun.
