Private Indoor Pickleball Court Hire (60 Minutes) Enjoy exclusive use of your own indoor Pickleball court for a full hour β perfect for drills, competitive matches, or relaxed play with friends and family. π Whatβs Included: Private court hire (up to 4 players) Paddles and balls included β no need to bring your own Seating area for breaks between games π The Venue: Located at Unit 10, The Court Yard (Weedon), our indoor venue offers a unique and private playing environment with just two courts available. The slightly lower ceiling height makes it ideal for developing a strong tactical low game, helping improve control, reactions, and fast hands. β On-Site Facilities: Toilets available Hot drinks (tea & coffee) available to purchase Indoor seating area βοΈ Soft Launch Phase (Please Read): We are currently in our development phase as we continue to improve the venue. Heating is not yet installed, so please dress warmly. We are also refining the court surface to ensure the best possible playing experience β your bookings directly support these ongoing upgrades. π§οΈ Weather Note: During periods of heavy rain, one court may experience minor wet patches. Cancellation Policy
West Northants Pickleball: Appointment Booking & Payment Policy This policy applies specifically to appointments within the 'Train and Hire' category. 1. The 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Rule Because we reserve the entire court and a lead coach specifically for your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hoursβ notice for any cancellations or changes. Notice given > 24 hours: You may reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund. Notice given < 24 hours: Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable and non-transferable, as we are unable to re-book the court or staff at short notice. 2. Payment Terms & Invoicing To secure your slot, all appointments must be paid for in advance of the service starting. Standard Bookings (Advance): For appointments booked more than 48 hours in advance, payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to confirm the slot. Short-Notice Bookings (Within 48 hours): If you are booking a session for the same day or the following day, immediate payment is required upon receipt of the invoice. Unpaid Slots: We reserve the right to release the court to other users if payment has not been received before the session start time. 3. Access, Setup & Pack-Down Your booking covers the specific time slot agreed upon (e.g., 1 hour). Please ensure all setup and kit removal takes place within your booked window. If your activity requires significant equipment, please ensure you have booked a sufficient time block to cover your entry and exit, as courts may be in use by other groups immediately before or after your session. 4. Arrival & Pitch Readiness Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your start time. For private coaching, your lead will meet you at the entrance. To maintain our standards, we ask that all users ensure the court is clear of equipment and debris by the end of their booked slot. 5. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.
