Service Description
Rent a dedicated indoor Pickleball court for 60 minutes. Whether you want to drill with a partner, play a competitive doubles match, or just have some fun with the family, the court is yours. đ The Venue: Located at Unit 10, The Court Yard (Weedon). Please Note: This is a converted industrial unit with lower ceilings than a standard sports hall. It is perfect for tactical "low game" practice, drilling, and sharpening your fast hands! âī¸ Soft Launch (Wrap Up Warm!): We are currently in our "Soft Launch" phase while we fundraise for permanent heating. The venue will be chilly, so please come dressed in warm layers. âšī¸ Booking Info: Capacity: Up to 4 players per court. Equipment: Have your own? Great. Need to borrow? Please select "Yes" on the booking form so we can arrange for paddles and balls to be left out for you. Process: This is a Request to Book service. Select your time, and our team will check keyholder availability and confirm your slot via email within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
West Northants Pickleball: Appointment Booking & Payment Policy This policy applies specifically to appointments within the 'Train and Hire' category. 1. The 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Rule Because we reserve the entire court and a lead coach specifically for your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hoursâ notice for any cancellations or changes. Notice given > 24 hours: You may reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund. Notice given < 24 hours: Cancellations made within this window are non-refundable and non-transferable, as we are unable to re-book the court or staff at short notice. 2. Payment Terms & Invoicing To secure your slot, all appointments must be paid for in advance of the service starting. Standard Bookings (Advance): For appointments booked more than 48 hours in advance, payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to confirm the slot. Short-Notice Bookings (Within 48 hours): If you are booking a session for the same day or the following day, immediate payment is required upon receipt of the invoice. Unpaid Slots: We reserve the right to release the court to other users if payment has not been received before the session start time. 3. Access, Setup & Pack-Down Your booking covers the specific time slot agreed upon (e.g., 1 hour). Please ensure all setup and kit removal takes place within your booked window. If your activity requires significant equipment, please ensure you have booked a sufficient time block to cover your entry and exit, as courts may be in use by other groups immediately before or after your session. 4. Arrival & Pitch Readiness Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your start time. For private coaching, your lead will meet you at the entrance. To maintain our standards, we ask that all users ensure the court is clear of equipment and debris by the end of their booked slot. 5. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.
