Service Description
Find your rhythm as a duo. Our Thursday "Fixed Partner" hour is designed for players who want to develop their teamwork and communication. Unlike our rotating social sessions, you stay with the same partner for the entire hour. The Format: Timed Matches: Fast-paced, 10-minute matches against different pairs. Stay Together: No rotating partners, work on your stacking, court coverage, and strategy as a team. All Levels Welcome: Whether you’re prepping for a tournament or just want to play with a friend, this is about building your partnership. Note: Please arrive with a partner or be prepared to be paired up with another solo player for the duration of the hour.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Deadline (12:30 pm Cutoff) To ensure we have the correct pairings and full courts for competitive play, bookings for these sessions close at 12:30 pm on the day of the event. We are unable to accept "walk-ins" or late bookings after this time as it impacts the match scheduling and court rotations. 2. The 24-Hour Notice Rule We understand that plans change; however, competitive slots are strictly limited. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the start time. Notice > 24 hours: You can reschedule or receive a full refund via your member account. Notice < 24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. 3. Late Cancellations & "No-Shows" Competitive matchplay depends on a full court of four. A late cancellation or "no-show" disrupts the session for three other players. In these instances, the full session fee remains chargeable. 4. Arrival & Readiness Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session begins. For timed matchplay or DUPR sessions, play begins exactly on the hour. Late arrivals may forfeit their first match to ensure the rest of the group is not delayed. 5. Membership & Eligibility Discount Codes: Must be used with a valid Annual Membership. Bookings made without a valid membership will be cancelled and refunded, minus administrative fees. Level Requirements: For "Advanced" or "DUPR" sessions, players must ensure they meet the specific level or rating requirements listed in the service description to ensure fair play for all participants. 6. Cancellations by the Club In the rare event of a session cancellation (facility issues or emergency), you will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or transfer.
