Service Description
Get on the court and start playing! Our Junior Academy is the perfect entry point for young players new to the sport. As part of our new April timetable, we are moving to a fast-paced 45-minute format designed to keep energy high while mastering the fundamentals. We focus on hand-eye coordination, basic paddle skills, and most importantly, having fun on the court. But don't worry—it is still completely free! Once players have established the rules and are competent in matchplay, they will receive an invite to step up to our 60-minute Junior Matchplay sessions. Duration: 45 minutes Price: £0.00 (Free) Level: Beginners / New Starters Equipment: All paddles and balls provided.

Cancellation Policy
West Northants Pickleball: Booking & Cancellation Policy This policy applies to all bookings, including Social Sessions, Coaching, Express Social, PickleFit, and PickleBound, across all our venues (The Court Yard and Parker). 1. The 24-Hour Notice Rule We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the start time of your session. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled to a future session or fully refunded. You can manage, cancel, or reschedule your bookings directly through your member account on the website. 2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Because court space is strictly limited and coaches are booked in advance, any cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. If you do not attend a booked session (a "no-show"), the full session fee remains chargeable. 3. Arriving on Time Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your session begins so we can maximize court time. For structured or coach-led sessions, late arrivals may be asked to wait for a suitable break in play to join the court safely. 4. Cancellations by the Club In the rare event that we need to cancel a session (e.g., extreme weather, facility issues, or coach illness), you will be notified immediately via email/text, and you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date. 5. Membership & Discount Codes If you are using a Member Discount code, you must have an active, valid Annual Membership. Any bookings made using a discount code without a valid membership will be automatically cancelled and refunded, minus any administrative platform fees.
