Welcome to the Northamptonshire home of the PBe Doubles League. The Court Yard is not your typical sports hall. Housed in a 200-year-old industrial depot in Weedon, our venue offers a unique, high-intensity playing environment that rewards fast hands and tactical precision. We’ve stripped away the polish to focus on what matters: the game. What to expect: The Surface: Original industrial concrete with roll out courts supplied from Pickleball England. It’s fast, consistent, and demands focus. The Environment: Authentic and raw. While we are fully undercover, the building’s historic character means we play in a true industrial climate, expect a gritty, high-energy atmosphere. Bring some extra layers! The Setup: Two dedicated courts within a stunning architectural shell. Please note a ceiling height of 4m in places due to the historic support struts; local league ground rules apply, ensuring the spirit of grassroots play stays at the forefront. This isn’t the English Open, it’s local, competitive pickleball for players who value accessibility and community over luxury. Ready to compete? Cancellation Policy
West Northants Pickleball: Booking & Cancellation Policy This policy applies to all bookings, including Social Sessions, Coaching, Express Social, PickleFit, and PickleBound, across all our venues (The Court Yard and Parker). 1. The 24-Hour Notice Rule We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the start time of your session. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled to a future session or fully refunded. You can manage, cancel, or reschedule your bookings directly through your member account on the website. 2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Because court space is strictly limited and coaches are booked in advance, any cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. If you do not attend a booked session (a "no-show"), the full session fee remains chargeable. 3. Arriving on Time Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your session begins so we can maximize court time. For structured or coach-led sessions, late arrivals may be asked to wait for a suitable break in play to join the court safely. 4. Cancellations by the Club In the rare event that we need to cancel a session (e.g., extreme weather, facility issues, or coach illness), you will be notified immediately via email/text, and you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date. 5. Membership & Discount Codes If you are using a Member Discount code, you must have an active, valid Annual Membership. Any bookings made using a discount code without a valid membership will be automatically cancelled and refunded, minus any administrative platform fees.
