Service Description
Welcome to Picklebound! This 1-hour session is our friendly, supportive class designed for absolute beginners to sport and pickleball. We'll guide you through a fun 30-minute low-impact rebounding workout, followed by a 30-minute introduction to the basics of pickleball. No experience needed – just a willingness to have fun in a no-pressure environment!

Cancellation Policy
Welcome! This policy is in place to ensure fair booking access for all our members and clients. Please read it carefully before booking your session. 1. Booking & Pricing All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our online booking system. We offer several ways to pay: Pay As You Go: The standard price for a single "Picklebound" session is £8. Pickleball Membership Discount: If you have an active annual "Pickleball Membership," you must enter your valid member voucher code in the promo/voucher box at checkout to receive your 26% discount. 6-Week FREE Trial: If you have an active "Picklebound - 6-Week FREE Trial" pass, you can book your allotted free sessions (up to 2 per week) at no cost. 2. Cancellation Policy Our classes are small and in high demand. To ensure fairness, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your spot, you must do so via our online booking system at least 24 hours before the class start time. This allows us to offer your spot to another client or member on the waiting list. 3. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee We must be strict on this policy to protect the limited spaces in our grant-funded program and ensure fair access for everyone. A "Late Cancellation" is any cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice. A "No-Show" is failing to attend a booked session without any prior cancellation. In all cases of a Late Cancellation or a No-Show, you will be charged the full price of the session (£8). For Pay As You Go / Discounted Members: The session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. For 6-Week FREE Trial Members: You will be invoiced for the £8 no-show fee. Your free pass will be suspended and you will be unable to book further sessions until this fee is paid.
