Service Description

Welcome to PickleBound. This is not your standard Pickleball session—it is a full-body, music-pumping workout designed to protect your joints while getting your heart rate up. We mix fitness with gameplay in an intimate, highly adaptable session that works for absolutely all fitness levels. You do not need to be a Pickleball pro to join in; if you are totally new to the sport, this is a great, pressure-free way to pick up a paddle and play. The Session Breakdown: 15 Minutes: Rebounding (mini-trampolines) for a sweaty, low-impact cardio blast. 10 Minutes: Mini bodyweight circuits for strength and mobility. The Rest of the Session: Hitting the courts for fun, relaxed Pickleball games. The Vibe & Location: Set to an upbeat playlist, this class runs exclusively at The Court Yard. Because our courts are permanent, there is no waiting around to set up nets or pack down equipment. You get maximum action from the minute you walk through the door. The 6-Week Offer: New players can try PickleBound using our 6-week free membership offer. Once your 6 weeks are up, you are more than welcome to keep sweating with us by switching to our standard session rate!

Cancellation Policy

1. FUNDING & ELIGIBILITY This 6-week membership is completely FREE, proudly funded by Sport England & the National Lottery to get our community active. Valid for one 6-week period per new participant. (Existing members can attend at the standard session fee). 2. CANCELLATION & "LOCK-OUT" PENALTY (STRICT) Because these funded spaces are limited, we strictly enforce attendance. Notice: You must cancel via your account at least 24 hours in advance. Penalty: If you late-cancel (under 24 hours) or no-show, your free membership is immediately suspended and future bookings are cancelled. Reactivation: To unlock your account, you must purchase an £8.00 Reactivation Pass (covering the cost of the wasted space). No exceptions. 3. ARRIVAL & SAFETY Lateness: Arrive 5 mins early. The 15-minute rebounding is a mandatory warm-up. If you arrive late and miss it, for insurance reasons, you cannot take part in the rebounding/circuits. Equipment Limits: To comply with strict manufacturer guidelines, our rebounders have a maximum weight limit of 22 stone (140kg). If you exceed this, please contact us beforehand so we can discreetly provide heavy-duty equipment or alternative circuits. Health: By booking, you confirm you are fit for cardio/bodyweight circuits and participate at your own risk. 4. WAITLISTS & EXPIRY Waitlist spaces are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation rules once allocated. Unused free sessions do not roll over past the 6-week expiry date.
