Service Description
The U18 Pickleball Academy is for young athletes, ages 10 and up, who are passionate about pickleball, whether they are new to the sport or serious about competition. This program provides structured, high-level coaching designed to transform individual skills and elevate them to the next level. In each one-hour session, our coaches focus on developing the complete player. For those who are new to the game, we will provide a strong foundation in the fundamentals and rules. For aspiring competitors, we will work on advanced techniques, strategy, and teamwork. Our coaches are skilled at tailoring training to every skill level, ensuring that everyone receives focused attention. We are actively building a competitive squad that will represent our club in tournaments throughout the Midlands. This academy is the perfect place to start your journey and find a clear pathway to competitive play.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth operations and fair access to our U18 Pickleball Academy, please read the following policy carefully before booking. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these terms. 1. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. For Non-Parker Students: The session fee of £6 will be charged at the time of booking. A valid payment card must be provided. For Parker E-ACT Students: These sessions are offered to you free of charge as part of our partnership with the school. No payment will be taken for the session itself. However, a payment card must be securely held on file to cover any potential no-show fees (see below). 2. No-Show & Cancellation Policy Our sessions have limited spaces, and no-shows prevent other children from participating. This policy ensures fairness and helps us manage attendance. No-Show Fee: If a child is a no-show for a booked session and we are not notified at least 24 hours in advance, a no-show fee of £6 will be charged to the card on file. This fee applies to all participants, including Parker E-ACT students. Cancellations: You may cancel a booked session via our online system up to 24 hours before the start time without incurring a fee. 3. Parent/Guardian Consent & Waiver When you book a session for a minor, you are confirming that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to their participation. By booking, you also agree to the terms of our liability waiver, which confirms that participation is at the player's own risk. 4. Session Changes & Communication While we aim to run all sessions as scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as venue issues or low enrollment. In the event of a cancellation by West Northamptonshire Pickleball, you will be notified promptly and will receive a full credit for a future session or a refund of your payment.
