Cancellation Policy
West Northamptonshire Pickleball CIC - Booking Policy 1. Session Bookings: All session bookings must be made through our online booking system on the Wix website. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot. Members with pre-paid memberships may book sessions according to their membership terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as venue availability or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered. 3. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals are permitted 4. Court Etiquette and Safety: All participants must adhere to our club's court etiquette and safety guidelines. Appropriate sports attire and footwear must be worn. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings. We are not liable for any injuries or losses incurred during sessions, except in cases of our negligence. 5. Membership Bookings: Membership bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of your membership. Memberships are non-transferable. 6. Group Bookings/Private Rallies: Group bookings and "Private Pickleball Rally" sessions require a minimum of 12 people. Contact us directly for group booking inquiries and custom quotes. A deposit may be required to secure group bookings. Specific cancellation and refund policies may apply to group bookings, as agreed upon at the time of booking. 7. DUPR Ratings: We encourage all players to obtain a DUPR rating. Please create a free DUPR account at DUPR.net to obtain your ID and rating. 8. Changes to Booking Policy: We reserve the right to amend this booking policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. 9.
