Something new

Welcome to the new WNP

September onwards bookings are open here. WNP has grown, and we’ve built a new website around the way our club actually works.

Browsing works without an account — you’ll just need one to book. Already registered? Sign in

Why the change?

WNP has grown rather a lot

Social sessions, matchplay, coaching, tournaments, leagues, events, court hire, memberships, volunteering. Our old website served us well, but we kept trying to make a general booking system do things it was never designed to do — and it was usually our players who felt it.

What do I get?

What’s better

Easier booking

Session, venue, time, spaces left, price and your membership discount — all before you commit.

My WNP

Bookings, membership, receipts, vouchers and your details in one place.

More ways to play

Matchplay, leagues, ladders, round robins, team events and tournaments.

Better competitions

Games, courts, scores and standings handled in one place instead of a spreadsheet.

Rewards as you play

Achievements and a birthday reward that lands by itself — no codes to remember.

More to come

Because we control the platform, WNP can keep adding what players actually ask for.

More than just a booking

The system knows what happened on court

For matchplay, leagues, DUPR sessions and competitions — not casual social play.

Wednesday Matchplay 6 games played
Example
Player A & Player B 11–8 Player C & Player D
Player A & Player C 9–11 Player B & Player D
Player A & Player D 11–6 Player B & Player C
PlayerPWDiffPts
1Player A32+86.5
2Player D32+26.5
3Player B31−24
4Player C31−84

Names shown are examples. Standings like this are live now, worked out from the games actually played.

Available now

Games, partners, opponents and scores recorded. Standings by week or across a whole competition, and a table you can save as a PDF.

Coming next

Tying that history to your own account, so you can look back at your own games and partners rather than only the table.

More ways to play

Not just selling spaces in a session

Leagues, ladders, round robins, fixed and rotating partner matchplay, team events, DUPR events, groups, knockouts and finals.

  1. Enter
  2. See your group
  3. Find your court
  4. Play your games
  5. Scores go in
  6. Standings update
  7. On to the finals

Some of this is live today and the rest is what we’re building next — the point is that it can all live in one place now, instead of a spreadsheet and a stack of messages on the night.

The bit behind the scenes

So how can WNP do all of this?

The new WNP website is powered by Lobbd, a platform built from the ground up around pickleball clubs and players. WNP has been closely involved in developing and testing it, which means we have much more freedom to build around how our players actually play.

You’re joining WNP, not signing up to something else. But it matters for one practical reason: some automated emails come from Lobbd rather than from WNP — confirming your account, confirming a booking. If you get one, it’s legitimate and it’s us.

Built to grow with WNP

It can keep changing as the club does

If players need something, we can build around it — rather than waiting to find out whether an outside provider happens to support it.

Available now

Bookings, memberships, court hire, coaching, Experiences, kit hire, gift vouchers, achievements, birthday rewards, volunteering, household members, club WhatsApp groups, receipts and competition standings.

Coming next

Richer playing histories, better notifications, more coaching and volunteering tools, team competitions and a WNP app. No dates — it arrives as it’s ready.

Before you book

One small bit of faff first…

Because this is a completely new system, your old login hasn’t carried over. We know another login isn’t the exciting part of playing pickleball.

  1. Create your account Name, email, phone, date of birth and a password. The date of birth is because some sessions have a minimum age — it’s never shown to other players.
  2. Click the link in your email It comes from Lobbd — so check your junk folder if it hasn’t appeared. You can’t sign in until you’ve clicked it.
  3. That’s it — you’re booking If you came here from a particular session, you’ll go straight back to it.
Need a hand?

Nobody has to work this out alone

We’re putting together simple guidance, arranging a drop-in session for anyone who’d rather be shown around in person, and briefing our volunteers — so there’ll be someone to ask at sessions.

And if something looks wrong, we’d much rather hear about it. A screenshot, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead is usually enough.
