Accessibility Statement

We want everybody to be able to use this website and book a session, whatever device they use and however they use it.

How accessible this website is

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. On 4 August 2026 the site was audited and the following work was completed:

• Every form field has a label that a screen reader can read out
• Every button and link has a name, including icon-only ones
• All text meets the required contrast against its background — several colours were darkened to achieve this
• Everything that can be clicked can also be reached and used with a keyboard
• Keyboard focus is clearly visible wherever you are on the page
• Dialogs announce themselves, keep focus inside while open, close with Escape, and return you to where you were
• Selected options are shown with a tick as well as a colour, so colour is never the only signal
• The site works on phones, tablets and desktop, and respects a request for reduced motion

Where we know we fall short

• Some parts of the booking system are drawn as you use them, and those have been checked by hand rather than automatically. There may be problems we have not found.
• Maps and some third-party payment pages are supplied by other companies and are outside our control.
• Some older documents and images may not have full text alternatives.
