No — we provide paddles and balls for every session, including Beginners. Just bring trainers and water.
Most of our members joined solo. Ask for a buddy for your first few sessions, and you'll be added to our WhatsApp group before you even arrive.
Yes — our Junior Pathway runs weekly for ages 10 and up, coached and structured for steady progress.

Flat, non-marking indoor court shoes are best — the grip and lateral support make a real difference. Running trainers work fine for your first session while you decide if it's for you.
Not at all. Most people who join Beginners haven't played a racket sport in years, if ever. Sessions are paced for exactly that.
