West Northamptonshire Pickleball is run by a volunteer board and a team of session leads — all of them here because they love the game and the people around it.
Kate Vincent
“I started WNP because I wanted somewhere complete beginners could walk into without feeling intimidated.”
Kate founded West Northamptonshire Pickleball because she believes sport should be for everyone — not just the people who already feel confident walking onto a court. As Regional Director for Pickleball England (East Midlands) and a Level 2 qualified coach, she's spent years building the pathways that turn complete beginners into regular players, and regular players into coaches and volunteers themselves.

Barry brings executive experience to our board, providing the strategic governance that allows West Northants Pickleball to grow sustainably.

Gary works alongside the leadership team to ensure the CIC remains compliant, strategic, and focused on its long-term community goals.
